As the Design Lead I was responsible for the design direction of the new responsive Thomson / First Choice sites adopting a mobile first strategy.

Designing with a UX and front-end developer we quickly designed prototypes for user testing gaining valuable feedback

Worked within an agile mythology to deliver an MVP for First Choice Browse and Search

We released the mobile and tablet breakpoints first before over time integrating the design to replace the static desktop sites

The last 6 months of my contract I covered as the creative director for the web team whilst the project team was being re-structured
