Lloyds Save & Invest

Working for Sapient I was based within the Lloyds Mass Affluent Design Experience team. The project was creating a new section for the app where customers could explore saving and investing. Customers were encouraged to click through to a landing page which introduced the Saving and Investment Calculator. This tool allows customers to compare side by side the returns from saving or investing funds and highlights the associated benefits and risks of both.

Created designs for both native and CWA mobile platforms

Worked with UX and products owners to produce designs for user testing

Incorporated feedback from user testing into final screen designs for Lloyds, Bank of Scotland and Halifax

Design phase involved using the existing the design system and creating new library components as required

Designs delivered within an agile team working bi-weekly sprints
–
All designs and new components were checked for compliance to AA levels of accessibility
