The biggest project I worked on was the redesign of the online shopping platform. Working closely with UX and following a user centric design process we set about making visual and strategic improvements whilst sense checking these in rapid user testing sessions.

The Sky Brand and its content were given more prominence and aligned more closely with offline campaigns. We remodelled the site structure to produce a simpler and quicker shopping experience. For those customers that wished to refine their bundles further we introduced a section making it easy to tailor their entertainment, movie and sports packages.
