The brief was to redesign and update the Sky Online Shop whilst reflecting the Sky Brand online more consistently. Working closely with UX and following a user centric design process we set about making visual and strategic improvements and sense checking these in rapid user testing sessions. The pages are now cleaner whilst not loosing any visual impact, and the calls to action, page information structure and site hierarchy is more consistent.

A new way of selecting bundles was introduced, with the ability to select and filter different pack combinations making it easier for customers to choose, explore and refine their selections.
