We completely redesigned the shop-front pre-sales and order journey experience for new and existing customers. The new design implemented a flat UI and stripped back the use of colour to key areas. A new style and component guide was produced to aid implementation and development to help maintain a consistent experience.

The new pages hero content from BT Sport and BT TV showcasing the expansive product range from Broadband to Mobile. The new and much cleaner look of the site was designed to meet AA levels of accessibility.
